There's been a mad rush lately following the release of Highland Arms. Received some lovely reviews, and some not so nice ones but also garnered a number of 4* reader ratings. Niiice!

I'm going to do a few interviews soon, so watch this space!

    Better jump over and do a guest spot at Elizabeth Moss Regencies in the next 6 days, Cathie, as I'm off to Yorkshire on a week-long writing retreat next Friday (26th).

    I've just had the marvellous Melanie Clegg there, talking about her French Revolution novel, Blood Sisters, just out on Kindle. Not a Regency period novel but so what? Love it anyway.

    Let me know which day you'd like to visit.

Welcome romance author Maggi Andersen

Today, I'm delighted to welcome highly acclaimed historical romance author, Maggi Andersen , on her book tour sharing her new novel, A Baron in her Bed .  As a fellow Georgette Heyer fan, I asked her to chat about her influences in plotting Regency novels. Welcome romance author D'Ann Lindun

Today, I'm hosting fellow romance author, D'Ann Lindun . If you - like me - love cowboys, you're in for a treat! ;-) Falling in love with romance novels the summer before sixth grade, D’Ann Lindun never thought about writing one until many years later when she took a how-to class at her local college. She was hooked! She began writing and never looked back. Romance appeals to her because there's just something so satisfying about writing a book guaranteed to have a happy ending. D’Ann’s particular favorites usually feature cowboys and the women who love them. This is probably because she draws inspiration from the area where she lives, Western Colorado, her husband of twenty-nine years and their daughter.
